FIELD NOTES / GEAR GUIDES
Will your gear work together?
A mount needs to fit both your helmet rails and your headset. Here’s what to check before you order.
Check the helmet rails
Mojave’s mounts are made for compatible ARC accessory rails. Check the rails on your helmet, not just the helmet name.
Check the headset connection
The mounts fit compatible Comtac-style headset attachments. Compare your ear-cup arms with the product photos. If you’re unsure, send us the headset model.
Choose how much adjustment you need
The Z3AD adapter keeps things compact and lets the cups rotate. The rotating mount kit adds arms that extend and rotate 360 degrees. Choose the one that gives your ear cups a comfortable fit.
Check the radio separately
A helmet mount doesn’t connect your radio. The Mojave headset uses a U94 military-style plug. Make sure your PTT and radio match. Batteries and a PTT aren’t included.
Ask us before you buy
Send us your helmet, rail, headset, radio and PTT model names. Contact Mojave and we’ll help you check your setup.
